Yest we brought isaac to tiong bahru with intentions to get him a tricycle..

In the end, we bought 2. One foldable tricycle and one which is similar to the car which my mum bought for isaac previously. This car will be placed at mum's hse in future. In case i'm working next time, he can play with it when he's at mum's hse.













It's so funny.. I can control at buying my own stuff but i couldn't when it comes to isaac's stuff esp toys and jason's stuff. Maybe it's time i shd discipline myslf to control my spending irregardless to whoever's things.. That'll be a good start..

Renovation Process 4

All the living/hall area flooring all hacked. Kitchen floor and wall + 2 bathrooms fully hacked. Today went down at 11+ and realised nobody is working.. Jason called khoo and workers will only be coming in tmr. :(

Hse is in a whole mess and isaac's with us so we left. Pics still in jason's hp. Will upload tonite.

Recession is zooming in and i'm unsure if it's right for us to renovate at this time.. Anyway, too late for doubts now

After i'm done with the registeration thingy, i started to look for samples that i interested. Not bad.. there's even samples of premium korean brand like BRTC and well-known brands like dermalogica, loreal and neutrogena

After i chose wat i wanted, i realised i had to pay for postage of $1.60 for 3-4samples.. Hmm.. okie at least i get to sample wat i like. It's better than buying the actual bottle of the item which might not suit me...

Can't wait to try out the samples hehe :D

Renovation Process 3

Reached hse ard 11am.. Hacking of the hall & kitchen flooring already started.. Khoo is instructing the workers to shift our stuff into the 2rooms... Though it's raining and weather is cooling but all of them are covered with sweat. I took my umbrella and went dnstairs to buy drinks for them... When i came up, all the stuff hv finished shifted over to the 2 rooms...

Something is wrong with my KS storage bedframe.. The top layer board can't be suppressed and require an item with substantial weight to press it down. Could be the hydraulic thingy tat has went wrong ba.. Will call up 4stars when reno's finished.. Khoo asked the workers to carry our washing machine up our bedframe and suppressed it down.

Guess by tmr when i'm here again, the flooring shd be all hacked.. Jason paid khoo 40% of contract sum today.. And we rush back to feed isaac lunch

Renovation Process 2 (18 Oct)

Jason n i went down at 4+ to see the process of the 2rooms. The floor laminates are oredi done and the worker is laying cardboards on the floor so that our stuff could be shifted in on monday.

Somehow the 2 bedrooms looked smaller than previous.. i duno izzit due to the dark floor laminate or the paint... Maybe i used to seeing white flooring and white walls ba... Aiya.. forgot to bring my cam so can't upload any pic

Renovation Process 1

Went back to my hse to see the reno process for the 2 rooms. Our reno requires careful planning coz we had plenty of furniture and stuff in the hse. Id hv to plan and schedule the works by parts due to our stuffs in the hse during reno works. We had to shift all our things out from the 2rooms to do up these 2rooms 1st. When it's completed, we hv to shift all our stuffs into the 2rooms and proceed to the other major works as we could put all our stuff in the 2rms.

Electrical works started.. Quite dangerous to walk ard the hse..

Laminates for the bedroom flooring hv arrived. !st time i saw the laminates. Colour seems much darker than i expected. 2nd pic is taken with flash which explained a different tone.

10月囉~~~~ 時間用跑的...

Thanks to all friends for yr concern on isaac's injury thru emails, smses and blog comments here. He's recovering well and the swell had subsided. I'm also able to carry him the normal way :D

Time flies sooo fast... Isaac's starting childcare in another 2weeks time.. My hse finally started renovation on tuesday. Hope everything will turn out well as scheduled **fingers crossed**

Mum's hse is really windy and cooling even on a hot day.. Maybe it's facing Mt Faber? I nv realise this hse where i grew up is such a nice spot..
