Somehow i took a long time before considering to popping pills to slim down again. Well, i did lose 20+kg which i gained from my pregnancy thru diet and exercise and i told myself to believe that taking pills won't be a long term thingy to lose weight. Well, really find myself contradicting over my own beliefs. Anyway, already buy liao so just eat lah.. This package will only last for a month. I just need to lose the last 2kg which is clinging deadly on me. I'm now 45.5kg so shall see in a month's time.
Somehow when jason saw the herbalife pills, he actually laughed. He said i'm such a sucker for junk food and chocolates, how can i curb myself to stop snacking? Ya true lah.. But i will TRY to stop the snacking and concentrate on the program for a month.
Sigh... Opening the fridge and i find my sweet indulgence (there's alot of chips in the storerm as well) Really hv to buck up my mentality man
