Stupid & Careless Amateur Groomer!

I'm soooo angry! Sent momo for her grooming and she came back with a wound. Jason went to pick her up and was told that the groomer had accidentally grazed her leg with the razer. They had disinfected the wound and spray something which acts with a glue to "glue" up the wound.





This morning, i was shocked when i saw the wound. It's nothing like a cut at all!! Almost 2-3mm thick of skin was skined off and it measured ard 3cm by 1.5cm!! How can they lied tat it's a small cut! I'm so angry i get jason to call up those idiots and demand them to send momo to the vet immediately. I'm so sad tat i cried coz momo din't whine but she did acted very quiet after the grooming. I'm so sorry momo. Bloody idiot, they even asked jason whether the wound is gathering pus. CB lah! Must kena pus then they willing to bring momo to the vet?! They came within 30mins and i scolded them how come the wound turns out like tat. Darkie came with another gal (she's the bloody idiot amateur groomer lah!) and both were shocked with the wound. I told them i want a letter from the vet as well. They sent momo to the vet and came bk within 40min with the letter and medicine. They'll come back on tues to fetch momo to the vet for a review and decide if she needed stitches. Stupid ma! 1 look at the wound will tell anyone tat it needed stitches. Will monitor momo in the meantime. My poor momo... I'm really very very sad... Momo has always been well-known for being a very good and obedient dog when grooming.





The Bloody big wound.. Does it look at a small cut in any way!!!??! Bloody stupid groomer. Though she has admitted her mistake n apologized sincerely but i just can't forgive her!



My Poor Momo... She looked so tired and weak. She has never been wounded for all her past grooming.
