Isaac's appetite is sooooo poor... Monday nite he had 180ml milk (he can usually drink 280ml) till tues 12pm, he din't eat anything or want any milk at all.. This is really very bad... We decided to bring him to EYS for a consultation. The physician felt isaac's pulse and he said isaac's spleen (脾) and gastric is weak thus resulting in his loss of appetite, frequent stomach wind resulting in bloatness and can't sleep well at nite... I too had a consultation for my weak womb which is causing alot of bai dai... We waited 30mins coz the physician need to retrieve and pound the medicine into powder and then packed into sachets... Not cheap... Consultation plus medicine cost $55+ which is about $7-8 of medicine for a day coz the medicine he gave is for 1week's supply.
After we came home, 1st thing is to feed isaac the med.. It's such a big sachet for isaac and i need to add an amt of water or the mixture will be very sticky.. Taste horrid like the usual chinese herb taste.. It's was heart-wrenching when feeding isaac the med with the syringe... He closed his mouth real tight. I had to press his nose so that he'll breathe frm his mouth and hence i'm able to put the syringe in his opened mouth... After tat, he had a phobia of being pressed down on the bed when i'm trying to feed milk coz he tot he's taking tat medicine again.. Poor boy..
